In order to create an efficient, united and progressive team, ISO has organized a variety of employee trainings with rich contents. By developing internal lecturers, introducing external teachers, visiting enterprises, learning outside and so on, more employees are able to have chances to improve their abilities.
Meanwhile, ISO encourages employees to master various aspects of knowledge through external communication, so as to become comprehensive talents.
In 2017, ISO signed a cooperation agreement with JinGang Talent Center to become a training base for young talents. It provides internship opportunities for juniors and seniors, and also lays the foundation for company’s talents reserve.
